Profitability

No comparably-sized aircraft can match the cost-efficiency and profitability of Airbus’ modern A330-300 jetliner, which boasts significantly lower operating costs per seat than its nearest competitor. The A330-300 has the versatility to cover all ranges – from short-haul to true long-haul – while accommodating between 250 and 290 passengers in a comfortable, quiet cabin with a typical three-class layout. In addition, the jetliner’s designed-in flexibility allows operators to integrate Airbus’ innovative crew rest facilities without sacrificing revenue passenger seats.

Long-haul comfort

This aircraft is serving everybody, everywhere; from the biggest megacities to the smallest dream islands, this aircraft continues to please passengers and airlines alike. As a twin-engine twin-aisle wide-body that can carry between 250 and 440 passengers, the A330-300 is flexible enough to offer a range of seating options while consistently delivering high-quality comfort to all those on board.

Continual improvement

Airbus invests 150 million euro annually in the A330 programme to deliver continuous innovation to this jetliner product line, which results in lower costs and better operations for the A330-300. Like all Airbus aircraft, The A330-300 utilises the fly-by-wire digital control system, but also incorporates several new features. These upgrades range from weight reductions in the airframe, introduction of modern passenger cabin features, and system improvements to engine upgrades and advanced navigation systems in the cockpit. They also result in longer maintenance check intervals.

The New Engine Option

Building on the proven success of its popular wide-body A330 Family, Airbus officially launched the A330neo (new engine option) – comprising the A330-800 and A330-900 versions – in July 2014. As the newest member of the A330 Family, the A330neo is a truly modern aircraft that shares the values of Airbus’ market-leading wide-body product line: unrivalled cost-efficiency for airlines and superior comfort for passengers.
